Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended - Benidorm

The room was super clean and the breakfast had so much variety with piping hot food. The staff were friendly, going out of their way to cater to needs.

The accommodation had a central location in a great area. It was clean, I will be back.

The hotel was magnificent and fairly clean with lovely and good staff in all areas. Really enjoyed my king room. The bathroom was particularly good, with a hydro massage shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The location offered was marvellous and perfect close to Benidorm for the sun, the cafe and the beach and bars/entertainment.

The attentive hotel manager ensured our needs were met, while the vibrant evening entertainment brought the terrace to life each night.

Full board food excellent to cover all tastes. Location of hotel is perfect near popular venues and close to Levante beach

showers have poor pressure flow. Acts on in music lounge bit repetitive especially comedians

A wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff all ready to help to make the holiday such a joy. This is our 4th time staying at the Riviera and we will certainly be back. Mohamed and the staff in the dining room are outstanding, always attentive but not intrusive.

Clean and hygienic. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Good quality wi-fi. Excellent choice of buffet food. Ice cream available at lunch and dinner. Reasonable price. Quality Night Club with good tribute acts and comedians.

The daily room cleaning times are inconsistent. It would be nice to know that the rooms are being cleaned between certain times say 10 to 11 or similar. Other than the above I can't think of anything negative to say.

A surprise birthday toast

We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of bubbly for my birthday. The food served at breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. The staff's willingness to accommodate dietary needs was commendable.

The entertainment started later than expected, inconvenient for early sleepers like us.

Lovely outside space.

The pool area is ridiculous, small and only sees sun for a few hours, but I guess that's just the luck of the draw. I nearly wrote a good review but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Excellent variety of food with fresh prawns and helpful staff.

Had to pay for replenishing coffee/tea/milk in the room.

The hotel was perfect for a getaway, with a cozy small pool and a lively spot for nightly shows. We enjoyed the amazing service from the restaurant staff, who went out of their way to cater to dietary needs. Staying with our little ones, we felt right at home.

My wife says that the lack of family-friendly amenities was a downside.

Great vibes & decent food!

Awesome stay! The staff were super friendly. The bar was a chilled spot for drinks, and we enjoyed the food-especially breakfast with those fancy bubbly touches! It'd be nice if they could sort that out.

Really good place to relish good meals in a clean, spacious atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the attentive staff.

The entertainment was great, with professional shows every night and a great atmosphere. Don't miss the packed lunch option on departure!

I loved the sun terrace, it was a perfect spot to chill with good vibes at night. They even left us a bottle of bubbly for my birthday which was such a sweet touch! A great location with easy access to the beach and bars.
